Christ for the Nations Fellowship of Ministers and Churches (CFN FMC), formerly known as the Alumni Ministers’ Fellowship, was founded in 1991 to provide an avenue for licensed and ordained alumni to network with fellow alumni ministers.  In December 2000, the FMC Presbyters voted to allow non-alumni ministers to receive credentials from CFN as well as allowing ministries and churches to come under the umbrella of CFN through affiliation with the Fellowship of Ministers and Churches. The CFN FMC obtained its own 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in April 2003 and Group Exemption recognition in August 2003.

CFNFMC was established to provide spiritual covering, pastoral care, mutual accountability, ministry resource and fellowship for its credential holders, affiliated churches and ministries which ascribe to the vision and mission of the fellowship.  We also purpose to fellowship with all pastors, missionaries, leaders, churches and ministries which manifest the Spirit of Christ, and to encourage and edify the body of Christ.

The mission of CFNFMC is to be a fellowship of people who have purposed to be faithful in stimulating one another to glorify God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, and to obey Christ’s mandate to preach the Gospel and to make disciples of all nations. To this end, we are committed to serving and equipping our members in carrying out their respective missions; to ordain qualified ministers of the Gospel and license qualified local church elders and leaders in the body of Christ; and to be a covering for local churches and fivefold ministers and ministries who decide to affiliate with CFNFMC.

The Fellowship holds to the Statement of Faith espoused by Christ For The Nations, while recognizing the diversity of beliefs among Spirit-filled Christians of Scriptural integrity.  Therefore, we open the arms of this Fellowship to include and embrace all who hold to the foundational truths of the Christian faith.

We believe the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God (II Tim. 3:15-17, I Thes. 2:13, II Pet. 1:21).

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost (Deut. 6:4, Ex. 3:14, Isa. 48:16, Matt. 28:19, Lk. 3:22).

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His bodily future return to this earth in power and glory, to rule a thousand years (Matt. 1:23, Jn. 5:22-23).

We believe the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ (Acts 4:12, Rom. 5:8-13, 10:9, James 1:21, Eph. 2:8).

We believe regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation (Titus 3:5).

We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer (Matt 8:16-17, Acts 5:16, James 5:14-16).

We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, which is given to believers who ask for it (Lk. 24:49, Acts 1:4-8, 8:12-17, 10:44-46, I Cor. 12:1-31).

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life, and the other to everlasting damnation (Matt. 25:31-46, Rev. 20:11-15, I Thes. 4:16-17).

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Holy Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of her Great Commission (Eph. 1:22-23, 2:22, Heb. 12:23, I Cor. 12:13, 28, 14:12, Eph. 4:11-16).

We believe in the ordinances of the Church
1. Baptism in water (Matt. 28:19, Mk. 16:16, Acts 10:48, Rom. 6:4).
2. The Lord's Supper of Holy Communion (II Pet. 1:4, I Cor. 11:23-26).
